For the past decade, I have been very interested in how our food impacts our life overall. As a result, almost five years ago, I decided to stop eating animals. Last December, I enrolled in a nutritionist course from American Fitness Professionals and Associates. The program focused on how to eat for wellness in body, mind, and soul. Now I am more confident that I am doing the best thing for myself.
At least half of the top diseases in the US are associated with how we live and what we eat. I am excited to share what I have learned with family and friends, and I hope to influence and help others on their wellness journey.
The next step for me is to finish my Health and Wellness Coach certification. Hopefully summer 2022!
